The brand Off The Pitch is founded in 2016. Under the brand name Off The Pitch we make desirable and custom-made designs for friends of the brand in an independent environment. The products we made when we originated and all product we will make in the future will define the cornerstone of sport, fashion and streetwear.

ABOUT THE JOB

You work closely with the creation and marketing team and know how to convert a briefing into an image like no other. You are responsible for monitoring the brand identity and raising it to the highest possible level, you have an eye for trends and know how to convert them into ideas.

Your work will consist of printed matter and online content, so knowledge of both worlds is a must. You get a lot of room for creativity and personal development and we expect you to be able to guarantee quality and be keen on detail. In addition, affinity with photography and knowledge of Photoshop is highly desirable.

In addition to design work, you will often be found on photo shoots where you participate as an allrounder: you will lead, plan and organize photo shoots.

OFF THE PITCH TEAM

You will work in our in-house creation studio in a young and ambitious team. The studio provides the creative output for all Premium Inc. brands. All online content, photo shoots, videos, campaigns, shop windows, POS material, shoe boxes, labels, etc. are conceived and designed here. The creative team works together intensively, helps each other when necessary and have the common goal of delivering high-quality output. There is also a lot of collaboration with the Marketing, E-Commerce and Product Development departments.

YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU

• Have at least 3 years of experience with a portfolio that can demonstrate this;

• Have experience with content creation for online and print purposes;

• Have affinity with streetwear/ music and or sports;

• Are a team player;

• Can deal well with receiving and giving feedback;

• Know Adobe Creative Cloud and that it has no secrets for you;

• Have experience with photography and organizing photo shoots, this is an advantage;

• Are available for 32-40 hours a week.
